4. Your Account
4.1 Age
All applicants must be over 18 years of age to register with Joker Casino. We reserve the right to ask for Your proof of age and suspend Your account until satisfactory documentation is provided.
4.2 Correspondence
All information supplied when registering with Website must be accurate and complete in all respects. Joker Casino reserves the right to confirm Your address by posting an address verification letter to You or by contacting You via e-mail. All letter correspondence will be discreet and the envelope will not display any reference to Joker Casino. 4.3.1 Account
You may only open and operate a single account. If You hold more than one account we reserve the right to suspend these accounts until all the account details and balances (belonging to You) are consolidated. Once completed, all other accounts will be terminated leaving a single active account.

You are asked to keep Your registration details up to date. If You change Your address, email, phone number or any other contact or personal information please contact us in order to update Your account information.
4.5 Password
Joker Casino allows You to choose Your own user name and password combination. You are asked to keep this information secret. Any actions carried out through Your account will stand if Your user name and password have been entered correctly.
4.6 Verification of Bank Details
If using a credit or debit card, the Cardholder's name MUST be the same as the name used when registering with the site. Where this is not the case the account may be suspended. Where an account is suspended, You should contact Player Services for details of our verification process. Any withdrawals that are made by bank wire or cheque will only be payable to the name used when registering with the site and if a debit or credit card has been used to deposit funds the name must correspond to the name registered on the card.
4.7 Updating Payment Details

4.10 Acceptance

4.11 No liability

4.12 No Minors
All applicants must be over 18 years of age to register with Joker Casino. Joker Casino absolutely prohibits minors or those underage from participating in any of the games or using the Services. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age from any Player and suspend their account until satisfactory documentation is provided. 4.13 No PEPs

A PEP is a politically exposed person. This is in reference to someone who is a prominent public figure and carries out a function in which they are trusted by the public.

The definition of a PEP can change, the criteria could vary from country to country or even company to company. Its seen as quite a broad phrase but some examples include:

• Senior political figures

• Senior executives within a government owned commercial company

• Senior government officials

• Senior members of law enforcement agencies

• Senior members of religious organisations

These public figures present a higher risk of bribery, as there is a fear they could be corrupted and someone could take advantage of the influence this person may hold.

Therefore, a PEP isn’t just the influential person themselves that carries this reputation. It could include:

• Immediate family members

• Close business associates

• Publically known personal associates

Basically, a PEP is anyone close enough to the politically exposed person in question that may be able to sway their influence through corruption, bribery, or in a position

to help the individual exploit the public’s trust.

4.14 Account Dormancy
Should an account remain dormant or inactive with no account transactions for a period exceeding 30 months and where the account also has a balance Joker Casino shall attempt to contact You with a view to return any remaining funds. Should this not be possible, then the remaining balance (if any) within that account shall be remitted to the Gaming Authority of Curacao.
4.15 Inter-Account Transfers
The transfer of funds between individual accounts is strictly prohibited.
4.16 Interest
Any monies held in Your account shall not attract interest.
4.17 Account Suspension
Joker Casino reserves the right to close or terminate Your account at its sole discretion.

5. Deposits, Wagers and Verification Checks

5.1 Deposits can only be made via the Site. You can use any of the methods specified on the Deposits page (cashier) of the Website. Available payment methods, associated fees and requirements may vary depending on time as well as the country and financial institution in question. Up to date information is available when logged in on the Website – Banking Section.
5.2 We do not accept cash payments to the Player Account
5.3 We accept payments made in the following currencies: EUR, CAD, NOK, SEK, AUD and USD.
5.4 All deposits will be credited to the Player Account after the payment processing has taken place.
5.4.1 All players may not deposit more than EUR 5,000 (or equivalent) into a Player Account unless the full verification process is complete.
5.4.2 A Swedish resident additionally may not deposit more than SEK 10,000 into a Player Account unless the verification process is complete
5.5 In case a transfer is initially accepted and thus shown on the Player Account and the Gaming Operator later receives notice from the card issuer that the transfer for any reason shall be reversed, the Gaming Operator will temporarily suspend the Player Account on suspicion of fraud or stolen credit card and may, at its discretion, suspend or void any wager or bet already made.
5.6 A wager can only be placed over the internet. The Gaming Operator will not accept a wager from a Player unless there are sufficient funds in the Player Account to cover the amount of the wager. The Gaming Operator reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager.
5.6.1 The Gaming Operator will not grant a Player any credit and the Player may not use any amounts credited in error for the purpose of placing a wager or withdrawing from the account.
5.6.2 The Player shall not treat the Gaming Operator as a bank or other financial institution.
5.6.3 Neither deposits nor winnings are interest-bearing, i.e. the Player will not receive any interest on the balance on the Player Account. Players are not entitled to make any transfers between Players or between different Player Accounts.
5.7 The Gaming Operator will treat all Deposits made to a Player Account as intended by the Player solely to be used for the purpose of placing wagers on games or betting on the Site. We reserve the right to obtain information about the extent of your intended gambling at the same time as you provide identification information to the Gaming Operator.
5.8 All wagers are binding for the Player when made and cannot be cancelled, save as expressly set out in these T&Cs. If a wager is placed or a hand is played using a Player’s Player Account, it will be considered to have been made by that Player and therefore valid.
5.9 The Gaming Operator endeavours wherever possible to ensure the full protection of all Players, Players’ Accounts, and their wagers. However, there are certain events that are beyond the Gaming Operator’s control and the Player acknowledges that the games are played over the Internet, and, in the case of mobile devices, over the cellular mobile telephone networks. These are communication media that are known to be imperfect. If a Player has wagered on a game but has not started the game when disconnected through a technical malfunction, the game will not take place. If the Player has wagered and the game has started when the game gets disconnected, the game will be recorded on the game servers and the wager will stand and the outcome will be reflected in the Player Account status and, if the Player wins, the amount will be credited to the Player Account. The Player understands that in the event of disconnection the records stored on the game server shall be the final authority in determining the terms of any wagers placed and the circumstances in which such wagers were made. The Gaming Operator reserves the right, at any time and without prior warning, to cease to offer an announced game and to withdraw a scheduled gaming activity. In such event all commenced but not completed games will be annulled and the wagers will be repaid to the Player.
5.10 Financial institutions, card providers, banks and other third-party payment processors may charge a fee for processing payments (“Third Party Payment Processor Fees”). The Player is liable to pay any and all such Third-Party Payment Processor Fees.
5.11 Joker Casino does charge fees for the following deposit method:
5.11.1 Paysafecard method of deposit that is subject to a 3.9% fee.
5.12 When choosing a payment method, the Player agree to these terms of that payment method and agrees to any charges that apply. The Player agrees that the payment method is valid, that the payment account or card belongs to Player and that the Player has the right to use the payment method.
5.13 A Player can at any time log in to their Player Account and view a statement of his/her account which would show all transactions effected on that Player Account for a period of at least the last 90 days.
5.13.1 The Gaming Operator will provide a statement with all transactions upon the request of the Player
5.13.2 Should the Player notice any mistakes s/he must notify the Gaming Operator immediately so that the mistake can be rectified. Players should report such a mistake within 90 days from when the mistake first appeared on the statement available on the Player Account.
5.14 The Gaming Operator holds all customer funds separate from company funds in ring fenced (bank) account(s) and arrangements have been made to ensure that assets in the customer accounts are distributed to customers in the event of insolvency. This means that steps have been taken to protect customer funds.
5.15 Any withdrawals that are made by bank wire will only be payable to the name used when registering with the site and if a debit or credit card has been used to deposit funds the name must correspond to the name registered on the card. Funds must be withdrawn with the same method used for depositing. Please note that any withdrawals may experience a slight delay due to our identity verification process. We may ask for several documents to verify your identity.
 

Note: in accordance with our anti-money laundering regulations, the Casino is required to always verify a player's identity upon a withdrawal of 1,000€ or more (or the equivalent value of the player's chosen currency).
5.16 Limitation on Withdrawals
Players who withdraw a sum of money that greater than 5.000€ (or equivalent) will only be able to withdraw their winnings at a sum of €4,000 per week. The remaining amount will be placed back in the player's account until such time that they are eligible for a further withdrawal. This clause will only be applied at the discretion of the casino management. All progressive (jackpot) wins are exempt from this clause.
Where a Sign-Up or Deposit Bonus has been granted to you, subject to you being required to have met all wagering requirements, you will be limited to a maximum withdrawal value of 2.500€ of cash winnings derived from this bonus. Any more winnings above this amount will be forfeited. This clause will only be applied at the discretion of casino management. Winnings derived from Free Spins bonus money converted to cash, are limited to €100, and any more winnings above this amount will be forfeited.

5.17 The Gaming Operator is required by anti-money laundering regulations and gambling regulations to make checks to verify your identity and (where necessary) the source of any funds placed on deposit by you (“Checks”):
5.17.1 You agree to promptly provide us with any information we request in relation to such Checks, and we reserve the right to request proof of age documentation and evidence to verify your identity, or the source of your funds, including certified documentation, from you at any time;
5.17.2 Until such time as the relevant Checks are completed to our reasonable satisfaction, and any requested information has been provided, we are entitled to restrict your Player Account in any manner that we may reasonably deem appropriate, including by preventing you from placing any bets or wagers, or from withdrawing your funds, until the Checks are completed satisfactorily.
5.18 The Gaming Operator reserves the right, acting reasonably, to suspend or terminate your Player Account where we are unable to complete these Checks to our satisfaction.
5.17 We may supply the information that you give us to authorised credit reference agencies and/or fraud prevention agencies (to confirm your identity and card details). You agree that we may process, use, record and disclose personal information which you provide in connection with your registration and that such personal data may be recorded by us or such third-party agencies. 5.18 The documents or information requested by us may depend on the jurisdiction where you reside. The Gaming Operator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine which verification documents we require in order to carry out these Checks. To enable us to carry out these Checks, we may ask you to provide at least (but not limited to) a clear copy of (and you agree to promptly provide, on request):
• A valid identity document (passport, national ID card or driver’s licence);
• A valid proof of address not older than 3 months (utility bill or bank statement);
5.19 Set out below is a non-exhaustive list of further documentation and/or information we may request from you for this purpose:
Copies of payment method (bank statement, IBAN, copies of payment card, proof of ownership, etc.) If the Player has deposited funds with either a credit or debit card or if the Player has requested a pay-out to be made to a credit card or debit card (as applicable), the Gaming Operator has the right to request copies of both the front and the back of the relevant card. For the Player’s own safety, the Gaming Operator recommends that the Player only makes the first six (6) numbers and the last four (4) numbers on such payment card visible when providing the copy of the card. The CVV/CVV2 number on the payment card should not be visible in the copy.
• Certified (and/or notarized) copy of any documents provided to us.

5.20 The Gaming Operator will monitor all wagers and account transactions. It is prohibited and unlawful to deposit money directly or indirectly acquired by unlawful means. Therefore, all transactions are checked to prevent money laundering and all suspicious transactions will be reported to the Gaming Operator’s Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) who will report to the relevant authorities in accordance with our regulatory obligations. 7. IMPROPER USE OF YOUR ACCOUNT

7.1 You acknowledge and agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities:

7.1.2 Take unfair advantage, including:

8.2 Abuse of Bonus System
In the event that Joker Casino believes You are abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or other promotion, or You are likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from a gambling policy adopted by Joker Casino, Joker Casino may at its sole discretion, deny, withhold or withdraw from You any bonus or promotion, or rescind any policy either temporarily or permanently, or terminate Your access to the Services and/or block Your account.
